This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our community-driven health clinic. Our hours of operation are from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, offering a wide range of scheduling options to accommodate both your availability and the needs of our clients. The role comes with a supportive infrastructure, including access to resources, supervision, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans that address each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a focus on goals aligned with the client’s values and aspirations.

• Document clinical interactions accurately in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonus opportunities.
