Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Perform assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage regularly with clients to evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and achieve established therapeutic goals.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical records in compliance with Washington state regulations and ethical therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
