This is a full-time remote position, designed to provide flexibility while maintaining a structured work routine. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients facing a broad range of life challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client and their families.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary in compliance with health regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients from various backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with relational dynamics and mental health challenges. You will address a spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Tennessee LCSW or LMFT license, with a strong ethical commitment to practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use issues, or family systems therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also desirable, as it will support your documentation and compliance efforts.
