Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Montage Counseling Center, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy sessions to couples and families. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, and individual sessions as necessary, to address relationship dynamics.
\n
• Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical challenges, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Providing support for adjustment to separation, divorce, and blended families.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies to ensure effective treatment and achieving optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Documenting progress in client files and collaborating with other healthcare providers as needed to coordinate patient care.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families. Your role will encompass addressing varied presenting issues from conflict resolution to dealing with complex psychological challenges. You will provide targeted interventions that not only focus on individual healing but also aim to strengthen familial and relational bonds.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
