This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home office. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities for client meetings when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship with clients to foster engagement and openness in sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns.

• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs, progress, and therapy goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling, treatment adjustments, and re-evaluation of their treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as needed to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with emerging practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
