Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, as well as group sessions, to address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Regularly meet with clients to review progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and provide continuous support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintain accurate documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, referring clients to specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
