Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for them to discuss their thoughts and feelings.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, formulate treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

• Run individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques that align with clients' diverse backgrounds and unique situations.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with other health care professionals to refer clients to specialists or additional resources when indicated, offering a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients often present with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
