Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC, you will play a crucial role in our clients' journeys to mental wellness. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' key issues and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapies tailored to clients' unique needs, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engaging with diverse populations through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
