Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Create individualized treatment plans that focus on effective therapeutic interventions and measurable goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to ensure consistent access to care for clients, adapting to their needs for both in-person and virtual sessions.

• Document client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes diligently in our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including other therapists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care.

Your focus will primarily be on individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
