Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic support through individual, couples, and family sessions.
\n
• Conducting assessments to identify the specific needs of clients and families.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans and adjusting interventions based on tangible progress.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Facilitating discussions on sensitive topics, such as mental health challenges, relationship issues, and family dynamics.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Actively participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, encompassing a range of issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
