Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with both couples and individual family members, addressing a range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship conflicts, communication barriers, and emotional distress.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate challenges related to addiction, grief, divorce, blended family dynamics, and much more.

• Documenting progress, maintaining treatment records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
