Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients and their families.
\n
• Leading sessions with couples and families, while also meeting with individuals to provide focused therapy.

• Addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to: interpersonal conflicts, grief, job stress, blended family dynamics, and communication barriers.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The candidate will engage with a varied client population, encompassing adults, children, and adolescents facing diverse challenges. Our focus extends to treating individuals dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, trauma from physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and the adjustments associated with separation and divorce. The LMFT will play a critical role in supporting clients in navigating these complex emotional landscapes, fostering healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Bridge Counseling Center offers competitive compensation with a salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually.
