Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose client issues and devise effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual, couple, and family therapy as well as group therapy sessions.

• Document all therapeutic interventions and maintain compliance with company protocols, including treatment plan reviews and detailed case notes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients, working collaboratively towards their personal goals.

• Coordinate with case managers, healthcare professionals, and school staff to connect clients with necessary resources and support systems.

Qualifications\n
