Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, focusing on tailored approaches that meet clients’ unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, using assessment tools to gauge progress effectively.

• Evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs by utilizing detailed assessments and diagnostic interviews to inform therapeutic strategies.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, using your clinical judgment to stabilize situations and ensure safety.

• Maintain thorough, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of privacy are met.

• Collaborate with external professionals, such as social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, to enhance holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with licensure requirements and enhance therapeutic skills through continuing education.

As an LMFT at Revita Care Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes couples dealing with relationship challenges, families facing systemic issues, and individuals seeking personal counseling. Your ability to empathize and adapt your therapeutic techniques to fit different cultural backgrounds and experiences will be crucial in creating effective treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
