Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Life Bridge Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for clients seeking therapy services, facilitating initial intake interviews to gather essential background information.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specializing in family dynamics and relational issues by effectively working with couples and families, both together and individually.
\n
• Design tailored treatment plans to address a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions while ensuring a safe environment for all members to express their concerns and emotions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment progress, in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Stay informed of best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy, incorporating new methodologies and insights into your therapeutic approach.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and supervision to enhance your skills and clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a multitude of challenges. You will specialize in addressing complex family dynamics, helping clients navigate situations that include but are not limited to: blended families, medical issues, job stress, mother/daughter conflicts, and instances of abuse. Your empathetic approach and dedication to understanding each client’s unique circumstances will play a pivotal role in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
