Work Environment\n

As a remote practitioner, you will primarily engage with clients via telehealth platforms, which are fully integrated into our service delivery model. Additionally, you will have access to an outpatient office space in Boston for occasional in-person sessions, should that be your preference or the client’s need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses, drafting and implementing customized treatment plans that align with our clients' needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing consistent and effective therapy sessions while keeping up with necessary documentation, including diagnostic assessment, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff, to coordinate client services and ensure holistic care.

• Utilize innovative therapy techniques and approaches to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, fostering resilience and growth.

• Adhere to company protocols for documentation and treatment plan reviews, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
