Work Environment\n

This position is designed for flexibility, allowing therapists to work remotely while maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere. You will primarily engage in telehealth therapy sessions but may also have the opportunity to provide in-person services at our outpatient office. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., supporting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25 to 30 clients per week, balancing both telehealth and in-person sessions to best meet client needs.

• Document all sessions in accordance with company policies, ensuring timely updates to treatment plans and clinical notes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients by facilitating open communication and collaboration with a supportive team.

• Employ creative therapeutic techniques tailored to each client to help them achieve and surpass their personal goals.

• Coordinate care with case managers, families, school personnel, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
