Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including thorough psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to guide treatment plans.

• Develop collaborative and individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, taking into account their specific goals, culture, and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring patients in acute distress receive the timely support they require, while partnering with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care management.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed for effective mental health management.

• Participate in team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care for patients and enhance treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
