Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trustworthy rapport with clients to facilitate effective counseling.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, providing guidance and support through structured interventions.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure clients are on the path to achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize assessment tools and evidence-based practices to evaluate client outcomes and refine therapeutic approaches.

As a LMFT at Coastal Light Mental Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with a range of mental health challenges. Your role involves supporting clients during critical points in their lives, whether addressing relationship dynamics, personal trauma, or other stressors affecting their mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary.

• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
