Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Sierra Mental Care Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, focusing on developing tailored treatment plans for each patient.

• Facilitating family therapy to address key issues impacting relationships, such as communication difficulties and conflicts among family members.

• Offering specialized support for patients dealing with challenges including but not limited to grief, job stress, medical concerns, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies in collaboration with clinical teams using evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and share insights for improvement.
\n
• Utilizing telemedicine tools to provide accessible and effective therapy for patients in various settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
