Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine individual client needs and tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive care plans and attend regular case consultations to discuss client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest advances in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
