Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships with youth clients while adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments, including appropriate discharge when clients meet their goals.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and needs.
\n
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients' histories and mental health concerns.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to engage clients in their therapeutic journey.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional development, reflecting on practices and refining therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, embracing ongoing learning and open dialogue within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is geared towards providing mental health support primarily for youth, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. As a clinician, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their emotional and psychological obstacles, using a therapeutic lens that promotes resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

• Ability to meet and maintain credentialing requirements in various clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with youth in a mental health capacity.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and the delivery of individual and group therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage, with solid keyboarding skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with psychiatric patients and/or those dealing with substance use issues is highly advantageous.

• Prior participation in team-based care environments would be beneficial.

• Knowledge and experience in telehealth service delivery is a plus, as our services include both in-person and remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
