Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse client caseload with a focus on building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries according to ethical guidelines.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, stability, and plan future appointments while preparing for potential discharges.

• Collaborate with clients in the development and execution of individualized treatment programs that prioritize client-centered care.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records, including detailed progress notes and intake evaluation documentation.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status.
\n
• Engage in a designated number of individual therapy sessions each week, contributing to measurable therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and provide guidance to junior staff.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic treatment approaches are implemented.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
