Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing authentic rapport and maintaining professional ethics while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and overall mental health, while planning for future appointments and preparing for discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs, ensuring adaptive strategies based on continual assessment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes and updates for each client in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge clients’ mental health status and tailor treatment strategies that meet their unique circumstances.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly to facilitate ongoing support and engagement.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with therapeutic standards.

As an LPC, you will work closely with these individuals, utilizing therapeutic techniques that are evidence-based and centered on each client's unique narrative. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Capacity to fulfill internal credentialing requirements as relevant to clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals facing substance use issues.

• Prior experience in performing psychological assessments, diagnosis, and creating effective therapy modalities, both individually and in group settings.

• Proficiency in using technology relevant to telehealth, including experience with computers and basic keyboarding skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with experience in specialized therapeutic approaches and a background that showcases leadership in collaborative care environments. Familiarity with telehealth systems and tools will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
