Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to enhance outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies pertinent to client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
