Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss client cases and ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Document clinical progress through monthly and quarterly reports that inform team decisions and client trajectories.

• Organize training for staff on the implementation of therapeutic methods and documentation practices to enhance program quality.

• Provide consistent follow-up interviews to assess ongoing needs and offer additional resources as necessary.

• Act as a liaison within the mental health community to advocate for client development goals and program improvements.

Qualifications\n
