In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you meet the needs of your clients. Our team operates with a hybrid structure, integrating both remote counseling sessions and the option for occasional in-person meetings at our outpatient office. Our work hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of client sessions during evenings and weekends as needed. This model allows you to maintain work-life balance while effectively attending to the needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds who are grappling with a wide array of mental health challenges. You will work with clients dealing with issues such as PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating their recovery journeys, encouraging them to address their emotional and psychological challenges through supportive counseling.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
