Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions focused on a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions designed to improve relationship dynamics, address communication barriers, and mediate conflicts.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that outline strategies and goals customized to meet each client’s specific requirements.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients who are experiencing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring prompt support and guidance.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available resources to promote ongoing recovery and resilience.

• Maintain organized and confidential client records, including intakes, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, while adhering to all legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Abide by ethical guidelines and legal obligations related to client confidentiality, informed consent, and professional conduct.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
