Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to review client progress, setting appointments, and facilitating timely discharges when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Documenting client interactions with precision, including progress notes and other necessary records to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Carrying out thorough intake assessments to determine the most effective therapeutic strategies for new clients.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and promote continuous improvement in practice.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic and integrated care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of post-grgraduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, RMS software, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client records and documentation.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort and familiarity with conducting intake assessments effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
