Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to tailor individualized therapy strategies based on distinct needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various groups including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring measurable outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to best meet client needs.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic care.

• Maintain scrupulous clinical documentation and records management in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve working with clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may face socio-economic barriers impacting their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is essential.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, determined by your experience and caseload.
