Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Document clinical progress meticulously while adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest advancements and research in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Core Care, you will work with a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, substance misuse, and more. Your role is integral in providing a safe and supportive environment in which clients can explore their mental health concerns and develop resilient coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with diverse client backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to enhance client care.
