Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans that address their distinct needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities for individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating discussions that foster emotional and psychological growth.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to address diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, case managers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health services, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
