Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of diverse clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss goals for therapy, and determine the appropriateness of discharge plans.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Maintaining thorough and timely records, including progress notes and treatment documentation for each client, in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Performing initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and determine the best treatment approach.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and development through reflective practice.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and coordinate care, ensuring holistic support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on youth and adolescent clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Our target population includes individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and those needing support for substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
