Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while building rapport and maintaining professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for all clients.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
