Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring quality care and accountability.

• Engage in collaborative teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate holistic care and provide comprehensive support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will support a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
