Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate the needs and circumstances of each patient, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Engaging in consistent communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians about the progress and treatment plans for individuals in your care.

• Providing supervisors with a tentative schedule detailing appointments, home visits, and observations to track progress and ensure proper monitoring of client needs.

• Coordinating home visits for in-depth assessments, including chart reviews and data analysis, to better understand the individual’s environment and support system.

• Implementing and reviewing program plans to ensure efficacy in treatment delivery while adapting strategies as necessary based on assessments.

• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights and collaborate on patient treatment strategies.

• Documenting patient progress through monthly and quarterly notes, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible to authorized personnel.

• Acting as a liaison for clients within the mental health community to maximize available resources and developmental goals.

• Organizing training sessions for staff to ensure competency in implementing program plans and thorough understanding of documentation requirements.

• Providing continued support through follow-up interviews and observations that reinforce the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
