Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and developing positive therapeutic relationships built on trust, professionalism, and ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan upcoming appointments, including planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans through collaborative goal-setting with clients.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide individual therapy sessions as specified, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions and professional development opportunities to ensure ongoing growth and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and address co-occurring issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. The focus will be on providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Holicare offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation model operates on a fee-for-service basis, ensuring fair remuneration with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement. Additional financial incentives include bonus opportunities and formal W2 employment, allowing our clinicians to experience priority placement on work-life balance.
