Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and appropriate course of treatment.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on personal growth and overcoming mental health challenges.

• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on practice, improve skills, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Colorado, allowing for independent practice.

• Proficient in using computer systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and communication.
