Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, facilitate discussions about upcoming appointments, and discuss discharge plans when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans that reflect individual needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and best practices.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history, presenting issues, and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Engage with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance service delivery for shared clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A current, unrestricted, and active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in using technology, including familiarity with various software systems such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for case management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families with diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured within a fee-for-service model to reward performance. Clinicians receive guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, ensuring no delay in reimbursement.
