Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that encourage participation, shared experiences, and healing connections among clients.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling, helping clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Develop personalized coping strategies and action plans tailored to each individual.

• Create Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design effective, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Client Progress: Assess and track client progress through various assessment tools and feedback methods, ensuring that treatment remains effective and impactful.

Qualifications\n
