Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs using standardized assessment tools and interviews to formulate a comprehensive understanding of their conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' goals and informed by evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, compliant with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in inter-professional collaboration, communicating with health care providers, social workers, and case managers to ensure coordinated care for clients.

• Continuously adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health counseling to foster a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
