Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, offering personalized care to clients.

• Facilitate group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions, guiding clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising other mental health professionals, providing comprehensive support and coordination of care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

• Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training to enhance counseling skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working closely with a diverse client population, including individuals with varying mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Many clients may have limited access to mental health resources, making your role crucial in delivering compassionate support and effective interventions that lead to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, demonstrating proficiency in therapy and intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, you will benefit from a steady stream of client referrals, allowing you to build your practice effectively.
