Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, couples, and family therapy using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Regularly update progress notes and clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to incorporate the latest mental health advancements into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at NorthEast Alliance, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Your role will involve tailoring therapy techniques to meet the specific cultural and social needs of each client, thus enhancing their therapeutic journey and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
