Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring therapeutic approaches are adapted to meet diverse needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic treatment that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services, you will be working with a diverse array of clients who seek mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
