Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and create individualized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a focus on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress in compliance with all regulations and ethical practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and staying informed on current research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, giving you the unique opportunity to apply your therapeutic skills across multiple contexts and tailor your approach to meet specific client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
