Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including youth, adults, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. They may be dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As an LPC at Springs of Hope, you will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals through their therapeutic journeys, providing critical support in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
