Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Engage clients in regular sessions to review therapy progress, discuss any changes in mental stability, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and closely monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Ensure thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, for each client in accordance with practice standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent historical and diagnostic information that will inform treatment strategies.

• Participate in individual supervision and ongoing professional development to maintain a growth mindset and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive mental health support.

Qualifications\n
