Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote and will require you to engage in teletherapy while also having in-person sessions when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, fostering an environment of connection, sharing, and peer support among clients.

• Individualized Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy that addresses each client’s unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them through personalized coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations, ensuring goal-oriented strategies are in place.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, providing timely feedback to guide further treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will encounter diverse backgrounds and complex mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and interpersonal difficulties. Your expertise will be vital in inspiring hope and fostering resilience in this vulnerable population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
