Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse mental health issues.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy when appropriate, fostering a supportive environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of accountability and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
