Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients by conducting thorough evaluations and initial assessments tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address client challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and ongoing support for clients, actively participating in case consultations and treatment team meetings.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards while managing client records in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of new developments and research within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
